Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Kaytoh (“Kaytoh”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through this website, kaytoh.com.

If you have any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, contact us at privacy@kaytoh.com.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the marketing website only. If you sign in to or use the Kaytoh application at app.kaytoh.com, that product processes account and organization data under its own privacy policy, presented to you at sign-up.

Data we collect

We keep the data we collect on this site to a minimum:

  • Analytics. We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand how visitors use the site. Umami does not use cookies and does not track individuals across websites. It records aggregated information such as pages viewed, referring sites, approximate location (derived from IP address, which is not stored), device and browser type, and specific interactions we choose to measure (for example, clicking “Book a demo call” or “Sign in”).
  • Information you send us directly. If you contact us by email or book a call with us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.

How we use your data

  • To understand and improve how the website is used.
  • To respond to inquiries and demo requests.
  • To maintain the security and proper functioning of the site.

Legal basis for processing

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website (analytics), and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or your consent, when you contact us or request a demo.

Sharing your data

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the service providers that help us run this website (such as our hosting and analytics providers), and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service to us.

Data retention

Aggregated analytics data is retained only as long as needed to understand trends in site usage. Correspondence you send us is retained for as long as necessary to respond to and keep a record of the interaction, or as required by law.

Your rights

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure of your data.
  • Restrict or object to our processing of your data.
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@kaytoh.com.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
